Terms & booking conditions

These terms apply to all public courses and on-site group training booked with Aidwell Training Ltd.

Booking and payment

Public course places are confirmed once payment is received. On-site group training is confirmed when you accept our quote; we invoice after the course with 30-day payment terms unless agreed otherwise.

Changing your date

You can move to another date free of charge up to 7 days before your course. Inside 7 days we’ll try to help, but a transfer fee may apply.

Cancellations and refunds

More than 14 days before the course: full refund.

7 to 14 days before: 50% refund or a free transfer.

Less than 7 days before or no-show: no refund, but you can send a colleague in your place.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel a course, for example due to trainer illness or low numbers, we’ll offer a new date or a full refund.

Certificates

Certificates are issued to learners who attend the full course and pass the assessment. Learners who don’t pass can rejoin a future course at a reduced fee.

Taking part

Courses include practical work such as CPR on the floor. Please tell us about any access needs or medical conditions before the course so we can adapt it for you.

Liability

Our training does not replace professional medical care. In an emergency always call 999 (UK) or 911 (US). Our liability is limited to the price paid for the course.
