Privacy policy
Last updated: 1 November 2026. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website or book training, and how we look after it.

Who we are
Aidwell Training Ltd (“Aidwell”, “we”, “us”) provides first aid and workplace safety training. For any privacy question, email hello@aidwell.co.
What we collect
Details you give us through our forms: your name, email, phone number, company, course choice, preferred dates, number of learners and any requirements you share.
For certificate reminders: the certificate you hold and its expiry date.
Basic, anonymous website usage data such as pages visited, collected by our website platform.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, send quotes and confirm bookings.
To issue certificates and keep training records, which employers and regulators may ask us to provide.
To send renewal reminders, only if you asked for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Our legal basis
We process your information to take steps at your request before a contract, to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations around training records, and with your consent for reminders and marketing.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example email, booking and payment providers) and, where required, awarding bodies to register your certificate.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years. Training and certificate records are kept for the length of the certificate plus 3 years. Reminder details are deleted as soon as you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. In the UK you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). US residents may have additional rights under their state’s privacy laws.
Cookies
Our website uses only essential cookies and privacy-friendly analytics. We don’t use advertising cookies.
