TEMPLATE GUIDE
Start here
Everything you need to make Aidwell yours. This page isn’t linked from the menu, so it won’t be seen by visitors, but delete it before you launch.
1. Add your courses
Open CMS, then Courses. Edit the sample courses or add your own. Each course needs a title, summary, duration, who it’s for, prerequisites, qualification, certificate validity, price label and region (UK or US). Turn on “Featured” to show a course on the home page.
2. Add your trainers
Open CMS, then Instructors. Add a photo, role, bio and accreditation details. Use “Courses taught” to pick the courses each trainer teaches; they then appear automatically on those course pages.
3. Add your venues and dates
Add venues in CMS, then Venues. Then add each public date in Course Dates: pick the course and venue, set the start date, type how the date should look in “Date label” (for example Thu 12 Nov 2026), and choose a status. Dates marked “Fully booked” hide their Book button automatically.
4. Connect your booking system
Every course and every date has a “Booking system link” field. Paste a link from Eventbrite, Calendly, Acuity, TicketTailor, Stripe or your own system and the Book buttons go straight there. Remove the dashed “Connect your booking system” boxes when you’re done.
5. Set up your forms
There are 5 forms: Book a Place, Group Quote, Contact, Certificate Reminder and the course pages’ quote button. Submissions arrive in Framer by default. To send them to your email, CRM or Google Sheets, select a form and add a destination in its settings. The course dropdowns in the forms are typed in, so update them if you add or rename courses.
6. Turn on certificate reminders
The reminder form only collects details. To send the 90-day and 30-day emails, connect the form to an email tool such as Mailchimp, Brevo or Zapier and set up a date-based automation.
7. Update the legal pages
Edit the Privacy Policy and Terms pages with your company name, contact details and policies. Both are sample text, not legal advice.
8. Brand it
Change colours in the Assets panel (Cream, Teal, Coral and so on) and they update across every page. Replace the logo, favicon and social image in Site Settings. Update phone numbers and emails in the Footer component.
9. Publish
Check every page on phone and tablet in preview, delete this Start Here page, then publish.
